How to submit your order?

  1. Browse or Select item(s) you want to purchase. 
  2. Simply click "Add to Cart" to shop item(s), and click "Continue Shopping" to add more items to your virtual shopping cart.
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to submit your order.
  4. Email your payment details to and patiently wait for your package to arrive at your doorstep. Allow 3-5 business days to complete the whole process - processing of orders, verifying payment, preparing of your items and shipping to your preferred address.

*We don't accept reservation. Items will only be counted as yours once payment has been made to us. Payment must be made within 3 business days, for us to process the order as soon as possible.

Use the code upon checking out to lessen the total amount price. Simply enter the code to redeem it.

How to cancel your order?

We do not accept cancellation of paid orders once it has been processed. Cancelling of order is only possible if there's no payment yet has been sent to us. 

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer unless IF we have a free shipping promotion.

Metro Manila

Other Provinces: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

  • P 109.00 

*Based on the weight and size of your package, there will be varying shipping costs.
*Processing time of order(s) is 1-2 working days.
*Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days if no delay on courier part.
*Complete process (processing and shipping) will take 2-3 business days in Metro Manila and 3-5 business days for Provincial.

We will process your order within 1-2 business days after payment is verified. To Metro Manila, the courier delivers in 2-3 business days. For provincial 3-5 working days. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays. 

Pre-order Items: Pre-order 7 Days delivery will take approximately 7 days to complete the whole process. All pre-order items have a note "This Item is for 7 Days Delivery".

IMPORTANT: We do not offer expedited shipping.


International Shipping Rates

We are now allowing international shipment from the Philippines to several countries. Below are the following shipping rates (all in PHP currency).

US / GUAM / CANADA: First 500grams P1,900.00 (succeeding 500grams) P510.00 | ETA: 5-6 Working Days.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: First 500grams P1,950.00 (succeeding 500grams) P650.00 | ETA: 5-6 Working Days.
MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES: First 500grams P2,100.00 (succeeding 500grams) P700.00 | ETA: 4-5 Working Days.
ASIAN COUNTRIES: First 500grams P1,500.00 (succeeding 500grams) P600.00 | ETA: 3-5 Working Days.

AUSTRALIA/OCEANIA: First 500grams P1,550.00 (succeeding 500grams) P500.00 | ETA: 4-5 Working Days.

Tax and Customs

There is no sales tax on anything we sell.

Though there are no taxes, we have no control over customs or import duty charges. Once your package reaches you it is your responsibility to pay for it.

Customs policies vary in Country, and it's difficult to predict. Sometimes you may not have to pay for customs duty whereas other times you have to, it's random. From our side, we try to package the products in the best conditions to increase the chances of smooth customs transition.

  • We strictly do not accept returns or exchange.
  • We ensure that all items are in good condition and properly checked and packaged by our staff before shipping out the items. 
  • In case of damaged items, please send us an email immediately with an attached picture at and fill out the RETURNS form on our website
  • We only acknowledge damaged item(s) returns within 2 days after the package has been delivered.
  • We are not liable for damages thru shipping/transit.
  • The customer should ship back to us the damaged item and shoulder the one-way shipping then we will ship back the correct or replacement item.
